Project Management

Dommar requires all of its Project Managers to be accredited as Registered Project Managers (RegPM) through accreditation with Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Our Project Managers have diverse backgrounds and experience, most of them also having other additional qualifications, typically such as Engineering Degrees. All of Dommar’s Project Managers have been selected for their proven real life, hands-on experience gained from working on large projects which ensures that they bring to our Clients a wide range of tested experience and knowledge.
Dommar’s Project Management delivery framework is based on the internationally recognised Project Management Institutes’ PMBoK systems and procedures which has been tested and proven in the field. Dommar’s approach is to provide early input to achieve good scope clarity and management of all the project deliverables including but not limited to; safety, costs, program, risk, quality and environment. Management of a project against the approved Project Plans provides the systems for delivering a successful project. Dommar uses ‘lessons learned’ feedback to ensure on-going improvements and innervation with the delivery of our projects.
Dommar’s focus towards open and transparent communication with our Client and their stakeholders ensures that they are informed on the progress of the project and that a secure relationship is maintained throughout the project life.
