Dommar’s experience can be used to assist the Client in the overall management of the construction phase of the project. In particular, Dommar has the capability to: 

  • Implement construction management plans

  • Interface with stakeholders on site to facilitate efficient construction

  • Monitor construction methodology

  • Monitor and control construction risks

  • Monitor construction progress and costs

  • Report construction progress to internal and external stakeholders

  • Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to OHS and environmental management plans, standards and specifications
