Contract Management

Dommar’s Contract Management team are diversely experienced in managing Client’s and stakeholders contracts in compliance with various Australian Standards AS2124 and AS4300.
Our Contract Manager’s work in conjunction with the Contractor’s Supervisor and the Contractor’s Representative to ensure that the contractor requirements are adhered to by all parties.
Our Contract Managers oversee project delivery whereby fostering safety and environmental compliance against guidelines & best industry practices, including Government Acts, regulatory requirements, road technical specifications and quality systems, as well as liaise with project Stakeholders including local community / councils / businesses and the general public. They are responsible for reviewing the Client’s Contractor construction delivery methodology and cost / time effectiveness against the project plans, schedules, procedures, resourcing / plant levels, critical paths / milestones and coordinating and facilitating work interfaces including those with contestable and non-contestable agencies, relocation of existing services and installation of new services.
